Contact records at the counter
Search or create contacts, associate receipts with the right person and retain a transaction-time snapshot. Configure required name and phone fields by product.
IDONO · purpose-led operations
IDONO is a POS-style charity donation system for counter collections. It helps Singapore charities, community groups and religious organisations select a collection item, link a contact, record funds received and track receipts and balances for reconciliation.

Donation POS explained
A donation POS gives staff a structured way to record in-person donations and other counter collections. In IDONO, a configured collection item, amount, contact and payment method form a traceable record. Teams can review partial receipts and any balance due. This workflow records funds already received; it does not charge a card or run online fundraising checkout.
What EISOL connects
Search or create contacts, associate receipts with the right person and retain a transaction-time snapshot. Configure required name and phone fields by product.
Use fixed or cashier-entered amounts. Record split receipts, partial collections and an outstanding balance with a due date and linked contact.
For eligible configured product lines, associate multiple payers and record each person’s receipts. Membership changes redistribute only the remaining unpaid amount, preserving prior payments.
Manage shifts, role-based access, receivables, payables and receipt-date financial-year reporting. Authorised staff reconcile settled records; an audit trail records financial changes.
Captured on the PT10
An actual IDONO POS screen, captured directly from the PayTab PT10. This configured Chinese-language view brings donation items, offerings, services and the current order into one workspace.

Search by product, Chinese name or SKU, or browse the donation, offering and service categories shown on screen.
Some configured items display a fixed amount; others ask the cashier to enter it. Visible item notes identify required contact details.
The order panel keeps contact selection, the basket and the total together. The captured basket is empty; no payment was submitted for this screenshot.
Chinese temple collection workflows
The IDONO PT10 example shows a Chinese-language cashier view with bilingual item names and configured donation, offering and service categories. Fixed and entered amounts, contact selection and the order basket appear together. For temple counter collections, staff can record funds received against a contact, retain receipt records and track balances for reconciliation.
A wider temple management project may also need event bookings, membership administration, placement registers, inventory or accounting connections. Those are separate requirements to assess, not features established by this counter demonstration. Explore EISOL workflow design for a scoped review.

Try an illustrative scenario
Change the amounts and active payer count. This models a membership-change redistribution for one eligible item: earlier receipts stay untouched and only the unpaid remainder is shared.
Cent rounding is allocated in order. This does not create a pledge, collect money or change any IDONO record.
Enter valid amounts (up to SGD 1,000,000), received no greater than total, and 1–12 whole-number payers.
IDONO currently records Cash, PayNow, Card, Bank transfer and Cheque receipts for funds received. Its customer display can show the configured static PayNow QR, but does not automatically verify bank settlement. Card charging, online fundraising checkout, recurring debits and tax-deductible donation certification are not included in this described workflow; discuss additional requirements separately.
Common questions
IDONO links a receipt for funds recorded as received to the contact and collection item. Staff can retain partial receipts, track an outstanding balance and reconcile fully settled records. This is an operational receipt trail, not a tax-deductible donation certificate.
Staff can record funds received by Cash, PayNow, Card, Bank transfer or Cheque. A configured static PayNow QR can appear on the customer display, but IDONO does not automatically verify bank settlement or charge cards in this workflow.
This page covers counter collection items, contact records, receipts, balances and reconciliation. Online donation checkout, recurring debits and any additional donor-management or payment integration need separate scoping with EISOL.
The demonstrated workflow covers counter items, contact and receipt records, partial collections and reconciliation. Temple event bookings, membership administration, placement records, inventory, accounting integrations and tax-deductible donation reporting need separate assessment. This page does not claim they are built in.
In Singapore, tax-deductible donation receipts have separate eligibility and reporting requirements. See IRAS guidance on donations and tax deductions; discuss your organisation’s requirements with EISOL before selecting a system.
Implementation, not a one-size-fits-all promise
IDONO’s implemented foundation includes bilingual English/Chinese counter workflows, customer-facing order display, configured fulfilment tasks and staff-claim approval. EISOL reviews which capabilities fit your organisation, what data should be collected, who may access it and what needs a separate integration. We do not expose private deployment data or donor records on this website.
